I‘m announcing my first Afro Workout Special class!

Afro Heels:
- combines the strong and sexy attitude of  dancing in heels with the vibrant and upbeat vibes of Afrobeats.
- incorporates a lot of energy and confidence boost
- targets a lot of muscle groups. This helps maintain posture and improves balance. 

If you cannot dance in heels, don‘t worry, barefoot is also fine!

Bring your Heels and sexy attitude! You can wear your shortest shorts, or whatever you feel comfortable and sensual, celebrate yourself!
